What is EnglishTest?
English Test is an online platform to prepare for Cambrigde exams. It covers levels A2 KEY, B1 PRELIMINARY, B2 FIRST AND C1 ADVANCED.
Each level contains over 100 hours and 1,400 practice exercises equivalent to 20 full practice tests.
Are they online classes?
English Test is a powerful self-learning platform. They are not online classes. You can learn at your own pace, at any time and from anywhere.
You will practice with exercises that replicate those of the exam in format and content type, and you will get a solid preparation for your Cambridge exam.
How does it help me pass the Cambridge exams?
With English Test you prepare both the necessary grammar and vocabulary, as well as the type of exercises you will have on the day of the exam. You will work at your own pace, learning naturally and acquiring practice in the structure of the exam.
Dedicating from 15 minutes a day, you will see how you progress quickly and you will gain confidence. Knowledge and practice will help you get the result you want in the exam.
Why is it better than an academy?
Firstly, it is much cheaper. But it’s not just that. In an academy you will go only 1 or 2 times a week, with the loss of travel time. In English Test you will work daily, at your own pace and from wherever you want. With automatic feedback of your evolution and much more content available.
Why is it better than a prep book?
The preparation books do not correct your exercises, nor do they give you feedback in writing and speaking. It is also a much more monotonous and less interactive way to practice.
Is the Cambridge exam included in the price?
No. You will have to enroll in the exam that suits you best on your own.
How much time do I have to dedicate to the day?
Ideally from 30 min a day. With this you can be ready in 6 months.
If you can dedicate more time you will be able to advance faster and you will be prepared before.
What am I going to find inside the platform?
You willfind more than 1400 preparation exercises organized by section according to the structure of the exams. Exercises to prepare the 4 “skills” (reading, writing, listening and speaking) and also vocabulary and grammar lessons.
All the exercises are interactive and self-correcting (except those for writing and speaking) that will be corrected weekly by our virtual tutor.
Can it be done from the mobile or tablet?
Of course. English Test works without problem in any browser, both on your mobile and on your tablet. You don’t have to download any specific application. For a better experience we recommend Google Chrome.
Do they tell me every day what I have to do?
You can actually work independently. You decide the pace you want to take and how much you want to work each day. You will advance through the units in a simple way and you will decide in which sections you want to stop more.
How do I interact with the online tutor?
The online tutor will correct weekly any speaking or writing exercise you do, giving feedback. You can also, if you need it, ask any questions at tutor@englishtest.me.
How does the guarantee work?
Very easy.
During your warranty period (up to 1 year since the date of purchase) you can take the exam. You have to take the exam within the warranty period. Once you introduce yourself and take the exam you will receive a letter with the grade.
In case you do not pass, you can choose between extending your term another year for free or receiving a refund of your money. If you extend your term, the second time you are no longer entitled to a refund.
If you choose to get your money back, you must send us a photo or a legible photocopy of the letter with the result, by email to info@englishtest.me.
If I do not take the exam, will you return the money?
No. We need proof that you have taken the exam and a photo of the letter which shows that you have failed.

English Test es una potente plataforma de autoaprendizaje. No son clases online. Podrás aprender a tu ritmo, en cualquier momento y desde cualquier sitio.
Practicarás con ejercicios que replican los del examen en formato y tipo de contenido, y conseguirás una sólida preparación para tu exámen de Cambridge.
¿Cómo me ayuda a aprobar los exámenes de Cambridge?
Con English Test preparas tanto la gramática y vocabulario necesarios, como el tipo de ejercicios que vas a tener el día del examen. Trabajarás a tu ritmo, aprendiendo de manera natural y adquiriendo práctica en la estructura del examen.
Dedicando a partir de 15 minutos diarios, verás como progresas rápidamente y ganarás en confianza. Conocimiento y práctica te ayudarán a obtener el resultado que quieres en el examen.
¿Por qué es mejor que una academia?
En primer lugar es mucho más económico. Pero no es sólo eso. En una academia vas a ir sólo 1 o 2 veces por semana, con la pérdida de tiempo de desplazamiento. En English Test trabajaras a diario, a tu ritmo y desde dónde tú quieras. Con feedback automático de tu evolución y mucho más contenido disponible.
¿Por qué es mejor que un libro de preparación?
Los libros de preparación no corrigen tus ejercicios, ni te dan feedback en los writing y speaking. Además es una forma de practicar mucho más monótona y menos interactiva.
¿Está incluido el examen de Cambridge en el precio?
No. Deberás matricularte en el examen que más te convenga por tu cuenta
¿Cuánto tiempo tengo que dedicarle al día?
Idealmente a partir de 30 min al día. Con esto podrás estar preparado en 6 meses.
Si puedes dedicar más tiempo podrás avanzar más rápido y estarás preparado antes.
¿Qué me voy a encontrar dentro de la plataforma?
Encontrarás más de 1400 ejercicios de preparación organizados por sección conforme a la estructura de los exámenes. Ejercicios para preparar las 4 “skills” (reading, writing, listening y speaking) y también lecciones de vocabulario y gramática.
Todos los ejercicios son interactivos y autocorregibles (excepto los de writing y speaking) que serán corregidos semanalmente por nuestro tutor virtual.
¿Se puede hacer desde el móvil o tablet?
Por supuesto. English Test funciona sin problema en cualquier navegador, tanto en tu móvil como en tu tablet. No tienes que descargar ninguna aplicación específica. Para una mejor experiencia te recomendamos Google Chrome.
¿Me dicen cada día lo que tengo que hacer?
En realidad puedes trabajar de manera independiente. Tú decides el ritmo que quieres llevar y cuánto quieres trabajar cada día. Avanzarás por las unidades de manera sencilla y decidirás en qué secciones te quieres detener más.
¿Cómo me relaciono con el tutor online?
El tutor online corregirá semanalmente cualquier ejercicio de speaking o writing que realices dándote feedback. También puedes, si lo necesitas, consultarle alguna duda en tutor@englishtest.com.
¿Cómo funciona la garantía?
Muy sencillo.
Durante tu periodo de garantía (1 año desde la fecha de compra) podrás presentarte al examen. Tienes que realizar el examen dentro del periodo de garantía. Una vez que te presentes y realices el examen recibirás una carta con la nota.
En caso de que no apruebes podrás optar entre extender tu plazo otro tanto equivalente o recibir el reintegro de tu dinero. Si extiendes tu plazo, la segunda vez ya no tienes derecho a devolución.
Si optas por que te devolvamos el dinero deberás enviarnos una foto o fotocopia legible de la carta con el resultado, por email a info@englishtest.com
Si no hago o no me presento al examen, ¿me devolvéis el dinero?
No. Necesitamos el comprobante de que has hecho el examen y una foto de la carta con el no aprobado.
